Arch Boosters® are self-adhesive dense latex foam pads that are placed directly under the arch of the orthotic. They boost the support level of Powerstep orthotics, providing extra support for those needing high support or rigidity. Arch Boosters are perfect if you have severely flat feet.

A pair of heels or dress shoes can wreak havoc on your feet, especially the ball of the foot. This front area of the foot, comprised of the metatarsal bones, is very sensitive and prone to soreness and damage when too much pressure is put on it. Heels and dress shoes tend to apply pressure toward the front of the foot.

SlimTech ¾ combines the supportive design of our Original orthotics with the versatility of a ¾-length product. This orthotic is slimmer and thinner and fits most casual, slip-on, and dress shoes.

Like the Original, it features a prescription-grade shell, stabilizing heel cradle, and anti-bacterial ETC top sheet. It also utilizes an exceptionally breathable Hypurcel® cushion top cover.

SlimTech 3/4 is available in seven sizes.

Powerstep's first product, aptly named the Original, relieves heel and arch pain in a thinner orthotic style than the Pinnacle version. Similar to the Pinnacle, this style has prescription-like polypropylene supports with built-in flexibility for a comfortable fit.  The contoured stabilizing heel cup and platform protect the heel during landing.  Its heat and slip reducing ant-microbial ETC® fabric reduces perspiration.

Powerstep Pinnacle features a design that rivals that of custom-made prescription orthotics. Made of a polypropylene shell encased in a unique double-layer cushioning, it has a well-contoured stabilizing heel cradle and built in platforms under the heel and leading edge. The special anti-bacterial ETC fabric cover prevents slippage, and reduces friction, heat, and perspiration.
