Products:

The ProTech line of products is distributed exclusively by medical professionals. They are not intended to be sold in retail mailings, on retail websites, in retail stores, or any other sales arrangement that is accessible to the general public. Please respect our policy.

The ProTech line of products are not included in any promotional sales or discounts on powerstep.com. 

Our ready-to-wear line is available direct to consumers from retail dealers.

PULSE® Insoles Retail Policy: The PowerStep® PULSE® line was developed exclusively for independent retail dealers to support local businesses by providing a unique, differentiated offering that is not available through national chains or “big box” retailers. PowerStep® understands the concerns of independent specialty retailers and the quality service and support provided to the cliental and local communities. As a result, we commit to keep the PULSE® line exclusive and not make it available for sale through online dealers, mass merchandisers, or distributors. PULSE® products may be made available on the retail dealer’s independently owned and operated e-commerce site.  Accordingly, PULSE® products cannot, directly or indirectly, be sold, offered for sale, or distributed via 3rd party websites (example: Amazon, eBay, Zulily) or any other online channel of trade outside the dealer’s own e-commerce site.  Violations of the PULSE® policy shall be determined by PowerStep at its sole discretion. PowerStep may unilaterally and without further warning, discontinue selling products to and terminate its business relationship with such retail dealers.

MAP Pricing Policy:

 

Stable Step has determined that its interests are best served through the adoption of a minimum advertised price (“MAP”) policy. This MAP policy is designed to (1) protect reseller margins (2) support the Powerstep® brand as a premium offering; and (3) avoid destructive intra-brand channel conflict. 

MAP Policy Coverage:

Stable Step actively supports the advertising and promotion of its products by its domestic retail dealers through materials and images provided by Stable Step. In order to retain our brand, Stable Step has determined that it shall not support advertising or promotional materials, through cooperative advertising or otherwise, that may affect its goodwill, or diminish, detract and/or damage the value of Powerstep products and standards. Stable Step has established a minimum advertised price ("MAP") policy for all Powerstep products. The policy applies to U.S. distributors, dealers, and retailers only. The terms and conditions of this MAP policy do not apply to any resellers outside of the U.S. 

The MAP Policy Shall Work Under The Following Guidelines:

1. The MAP for Powerstep products shall be no more than ten percent (10%) less than the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP") listed on the most recent price list.

2. The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of Powerstep products in any and all media, including, without limitation, flyers, posters, coupons, direct mailers, brochures, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail-order catalogs, public signage, other print media, television, radio, e-mail, Internet websites, e-commerce, and other electronic media. The MAP policy is not applicable to any in-store advertising that is not distributed to any end customer. Free shipping and/or handling or free financing promotions do not violate the MAP policy.

3. MAP applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual consumer within the dealer, distributor, or retailer's retail location or over the telephone. Stable Step dealers, distributors, and retailers remain free to sell these products at any prices they elect.

4. This MAP policy is not a contract or agreement, and Stable Step does not seek nor will it solicit or accept any dealer, distributor, or retailer's agreement with our policy; nor will we discuss your pricing, the pricing of others. This MAP policy is unilateral policy upon which Stable Step is willing to market its products and sales personnel have no authority to modify or grant exceptions. The terms of this MAP policy are confidential and may not be disclosed to other parties.

MAP Policy Violations:

Violations of MAP policy shall be determined by Stable Step at its sole discretion. Stable Step may unilaterally and without further warning, discontinue selling products to and terminate its business relationship with such dealer, distributor, or retailer. Stable Step will not provide any promotional co-operative advertising support funds to dealers whom have violated this policy.

Terms:

Payment terms for PowerStep customers completing an approved credit application: Net 30 days from date of invoice.

Amazon Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy:

For Sales on the Amazon platform, the Powerstep brand works hard to ensure that only authentic, high quality products reach consumers in the condition we intend. As such, for all sales on the Amazon platform, the Powerstep brand offers a 45 day Satisfaction Guarantee which will NOT be honored without provision of valid proof of purchase directly from the Fortress Brand Amazon storefront.

SMS Marketing

By consenting to PowerStep’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Returned Items Policy:

Acceptance of returned merchandise is at the discretion of PowerStep and must be approved by Customer Service for products purchased directly from PowerStep. Returned merchandise will not be accepted for credit without a return authorization obtained from Powerstep customer service. To request return, contact Customer Service for a Request for Return Form, complete with information such as reason for return, items and quantities, and the appropriate sales order number.

We either replace or issue credit for any product proven to be defective based on proper intended use and reasonable time frame. PowerStep products are always guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Lifetime guarantee against breakage of the plastic foot support (inside casing) when used under normal conditions. We will replace any product to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Credits or replacements will be processed to the sales order where purchase from PowerStep occurred.
